I've been an athlete, a gym goer and a workout junkie for most of my adult life. It's addictive, in a good way, and makes you feel good. There would be a lot less depression in the world if more people got up and got active. It really does help.

So that's what this site is about. It's about fitness, it's about muscle building and about getting the most out of your workouts and training time.

It's also about me, stuff and life in general too once in a while. So I hope you'll forgive me that indulgence.
